Allowed me to see myself as worthy of all the love and care. I also got to learn alot about myself and where I could improve. May Allah reward the Guidance Counselling team for providing this service and making it so accessible to clients. It has been extremely helpful in providing much needed insights and support when dealing with life’s challenges. I underestimated its potential in helping me become a better version of myself and a better muslimah. This service may give clients the confidence to seek psychotherapy if and when necessary. I would definitely recommend it to others as such a service is highly sought after in our communities.

Thank you for being there for me through my darkest days, giving me a safe space to talk and cry, and for not being judgemental. Just wish that there could have been more frequent sessions during those dark days.

Alhumd I was very impressed how well the counsellor understood what the problem was and how professionally she handled it-I was very depressed and had no hope when we started the sessions but with the help of Allah and the counselling everything worked out well-May Allah take, you’ll from strength to strength in this endeavour امين

May Allah reward all for this service, esp my counsellor. I feel like she has really helped bring out the better side of me. My sessions were very beneficial. Alhamdulillah, Darul Ihsan is doing an excellent job at helping others. I feel as if I've gotten the closure I needed and I've come to realise that it is genuinely okay to grieve in my own healthy ways. Shukran to the counsellor for her time and effort.

Alhamdullilah the counselling sessions have helped me immensely. I was a bit confused with exactly what I needed help with, I just knew I needed help and alhamdullilah the counsellor helped me to pinpoint the issues and address them.
